Yep, it's that time of year!  Girl Scout Cookies are here!  Carmel Delites are 8 grams of fat for two cookies with 150 calories and 11 grams of sugar - which also happen to my favorite.  Thin mints which seem to be most people's favorite is the same exact nutrition with only one less gram of sugar.  Another favorite seems to be the Peanut Butter Patties with 9 grams of sugar, 140 calories, and 8g of sugar.  However, it you are trying to watch your weight; which many of us are, the best choice is the Daisy Go Rounds.  They are only 100 calories, 2 grams of fat, and 8 grams of sugar.  They are cinnamon flavored and I think they're delicious.  The way I satisfy my Peanut Butter Pattie and Caramel Delite craving is to have just a bite of my husband's!  If you're one of the lucky few, maybe you were able to avoid purchasing them altogether, therefore, reducing the temptation completely!


Breakfast - 

2 Kashi Waffles with spray butter and a little sugar-free jam


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Jenny Craig Turkey Panini


Fat-free yogurt

Dinner - 

2 egg whites with mushrooms, pepper, onion, and 1 slice of turkey bacon

2 slices of whole wheat toast with spray butter 

Snack - 

Daisy Go Round 100 calorie pack
