Wintertime is the worst for packing on the winter weight. My husband would be the first one to tell you this. I don't know what it is about the cold weather but it increases the amount of sweets he eats and the exercise begins to decrease. He renewed his Jenny membership for this very reason. It took him - what two months to shed his weight but he is the first to realize that it could return, thus being a good reason to keep JC's membership active. The "just in case" membership. Being on a diet does not mean that you can't have sweets but it means in moderation and still low-cal. For example, this week I'm baking my recipe from Sparkpeople.com on low-fat cupcakes. All it is is a box of SuperMoist Cake Mix and 1 can diet Sprite. It makes 18 servings in a cake dish - 123 calories, 2.9 g of fat. I bought the No Sugar Added Mix so that my sugar was low as well. Use Cool Whip as the frosting! Yum - can't wait to try them!
